absolutely horrified by the state of the towels, they look like rugs! and no hot water on the first night, how quaint. really expected royal treatment, a complimentary upgrade or something, but alas, no. the noise levels were simply delightful. almost thought about giving a good review, just couldn’t though.

Aye, we loved the view from our room! Seeing the town square and cathedral right outside the window was dope. The spot is right downtown, so we could walk to a bunch of places easily. Just wish the towels wasn’t lookin’ so worn and that the noise was a bit less at night.

Convenient location near main attractions.
The noise level was unbearable, especially from the street. My room faced a main road with constant traffic, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, the towels appeared very worn and unclean, giving an unpleasant impression. To top it off, I faced issues with water temperature during my stay, which should not happen in a reputable hotel.

This hotel was just a commendable fit for a rapid stop in Aguascalientes with good value. The hot water issue was resolved by the second day, making things a bit more comfortable. Just keep your window closed if you're facing the courtyard to maintain some privacy.

Recommend it for family visits
The view from our room was very nice, you could see the main plaza and it was a beautiful sight especially at night. The staff were real helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any questions we had.
